Meet Diane Agudelo,
Founder of The Boss Agency Co.
Diane started in logistics, then spent 13 years in biotech sales, where she learned that the best sales come from helping people. While still in corporate, she opened Dulce Cafe and Bakery in Tampa, and it taught her a lesson: a business should give you freedom, not take it away.
Years of stress took a toll, so she studied life coaching, nutrition and wellness to heal herself, and in 2019 launched her own coaching business. When COVID moved everything online, she mastered social media by becoming an influencer herself.
As an immigrant from Colombia, she once feared public speaking because of her accent. Toastmasters helped her turn it into one of her strengths.
She kept seeing business owners overpay freelancers who didn't deliver, and she had lived it too. So she built The Boss Agency Co., an in-house team of designers, SEO specialists and web developers.
In April 2024, a Multiple Sclerosis relapse took away her ability to walk and speak clearly for a time. Her 16-year-old son reminded her the agency was her legacy. She came back with one rule: never again sacrifice her health for the business. That's why she built a team she trusts, and why we help business owners grow without burning out.
